Just wanted to say thank you for organising my Mum’s move on Saturday.

You have both always been very polite, efficient and reassuring to deal with and the two chaps on Saturday were amazing.

They were respectful towards my Mum and sensitive to the fact it was an emotional move as she downsized to a retirement flat.

They were punctual, looked smart in their uniform and were very careful of her possessions.

They did not complain at all at having to climb 2 flights of stairs – they are an absolute credit to you and did not stop for a drink once.

A big thank you to Haydn and 2 other members of your team (apologies for forgetting their names) in moving me from Chesham to Banbury on Tuesday. Thank you to Tony and his team for making the moving experience a good experience without any stresses. It was of course a traumatic experience for my mum to be leaving her home but certainly made it a lot easier by the team on the day. I will certainly recommend Fredericks to anyone else who needs removals in the future.

A big thank you to the Fredericks team who helped us with our office move at the weekend. The team worked extremely hard all day and their customer manner was excellent.
The onsite manager on the day was also fantastic – no job was too much effort.
